Nuweland Dormers se enkelkarkas het op die Malmesbury Skaapstudiegroep Kuddedag eerste plek gevat nou wag ons vir Moorreesburg se Nasionale Karkaskompetisie om te kyk of ons vanjaar weer daar iets gaan regkry.

Ewan Louw started his stud in 2005 after he had excellent results in slaughter lamb competitions that he entered since 2001. Lambs are normally ready for marketing at the age of 120-140 day at which point they will weigh 40kg-45kg and easily achieve a slaughter percentage of 52%-58%. Rams as well as young ewes are for sell from the farm. Nuweland Dormers pride itself in the fact that their rams are not overfed and they only receive extra feed as necessary in the dry season. The results are a ram that is not overfed and won’t loose its condition during the mating season therefore what you see is what you get.
